Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The product received

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
